    Licensing

    Commercial Use Licensing Fee:

    6 month term: $700, per photograph

    12 month term: $1,200 per photograph

    Copyright

    Copyright Transfer Purchase:

    Lifetime Ownership Fee: $5,000

    ** Dynamic Depth Photo retains all exclusive rights of photographs, to include but not limited to prints, printing, commercial use and copyright.

    Print/Model release, when received by client, authorizes client to print, disseminate, share either physical or digital reproductions of authorized photographs for public/private use, that is not for commercial purposes/use, for financial gain.

    For commercial purposes/use, financial gain, refer to Commercial Use License Fee.

    Purchasing Copyright License authorizes the purchaser of all Rights, associated with holding/owning the copyright, to use (commercial, personal, public), edit/manipulate, share, reproduce (digital/physical), of any photograph(s) purchased, under the Copyright Licensing Agreement, in perpetuity.
